2008 Do You NASCAR “Feature” Schedule

As you all have probably gathered by now, in addition to bringing you just the stories or my opinions surrounding the thrill that is NASCAR, I also like to put together various features on a weekly basis. With 2007 being my first year working with this blog (and having only the last couple of months of the season to work with it), some of these features sort of came and went throughout the course of things.  That said, after seeing some of the things that seem to have worked and gathered interest, here’s what I have in store for the ‘08 season:

Mondays:
- Poll Question / Results: Every other Monday a new poll question will be presented and the results from the previous poll will be posted.
- Rating the Race: Every week I will post a summary of that weekend’s Sprint Cup race and give it my own personal rating.

Wednesdays:
- Mid-Week Wrap: A brief summary of all the storylines that accumulate between Saturday afternoon and Wednesday morning.
- Fantasy Preview: I will forecast my predictions for the upcoming race, focusing on my “Top Six” predictions, in which any reader should feel free to challenge me. This year I will also attempt to assist with predictions for various fantasy formats.

Thursdays:
- the Big Ten: A list of my “Top Ten”, which will cover a variety of topics … sometimes humorous, sometimes serious.

Saturdays:
- Saturday Morning Quick Fix: A brief summary of all the storylines that accumulate between Wednesday evening and Saturday morning.

*These features will all pickup once the 2008 NASCAR season gets underway.
