In a way some driver’s shouldn’t be victory stripped because they didn’t fail something that bad. If it’s such a big deal then you should, but not when it’s just a little thing!

Yeah, but then there’s the fine line of what constitutes a “little” incident, and what’s a “major” infraction. Once you determine that, then there comes the daunting task of trying to remain consistent.
